The vision/mission of the Curaçao Leadership Forum is: The Curaçao Leadership Forum as a spin-off from Vision Korsou started in September 2004 after some failed attempts in terms of format to work with.
The Original vision/mission formulated in 1999 was:

Curaçao will have private sector leadership that guards the well being of our community, takes initiative for positive developments, and adheres to high ethical standards where everyone takes full responsibility for his or her actions.
The vision as revised in 2004 is:
- By 2025 Curaçao will have: Leadership that guards the well being in the community on a pro-active basis, using its core values as a guide to initiate positive, innovative developments.
The objectives of the Curaçao Leadership Forum are:

Build awareness on the need of, and facilitate ethical leadership in our community through dialog, cultivating the “Fire within”, while providing an environment and path for your personal development towards solution oriented outside the box thinking;

Create a pool of 200 leaders from all walks of life to make this Island live up to its tremendous potential.
