Overview PDF print email

The Curaçao Leadership Forum (CLF) organizes a Leadership Award every year.

Curaçao is undergoing changes towards a better community.  In order to facilitate this process along, the CLF seeks to build awareness on the need of, and facilitate ethical leadership in our community through dialog and cultivating the “Fire within.”  The CLF accomplishes this by providing an environment and path for personal development towards solution oriented outside the box thinking; and to create a pool of 200 leaders from all walks of life; connects networks, aligns efforts, and harmonizes relationships to make this Island live up to its tremendous potential.

Awarding people that put value-driven and principle centered leadership into practice is a great motivator.  Plus positive affirmation facilitates the forward development of leadership.  This award program allows the CLF to create and educate more value-driven and principle centered leaders on the island, and stimulate the movement towards a new constitutional status for Curaçao, in order to develop this beautiful island to live up to its full potential.
